Zone & Enrolment Details
Thank you for showing interest in enrolling in our primary school, located in Wollert. Our school zone is available on www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au and hosts the most recent updates on Victorian school zones.
Students residing in our zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address. Proof of your permanent residential address must be supplied to the school before enrolments can be processed. Please be advised that this may be verified by the school’s Enrolments Officer.
The Department of Education provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to capacity.

Enrolment Process at Edgars Creek Primary School
Please be advised that the enrolment process for Edgars Creek Primary School not complete until such time as your residential eligibility has been verified.
The school can then verify the details to ensure all families attempting to enrol are entitled to do so.
In addition to your Enrolment Paperwork, we require:
- Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register
- Birth Certificate/Passport
- Copy of visa if child was born overseas. Visa must be verified as being acceptable according to DEECD International Division
- Applicable documentation (medical, special needs, EAL) We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

The Department of Education (DE) has a statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline. The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Edgars Creek Primary School.
